This is personal, focused work for women over 50 who are done playing small and ready to stop hiding from their own potential.
Together, we'll move through the six stages of the REMAKE Method — from uncovering what's been holding you back, to stepping fully into the woman you've always been becoming.

The REMAKE Method
Every client moves through six stages — a guided journey from who you've been hiding to who you're becoming next.
R — Rediscover
We go back before the hiding started. Before the roles, the shame, the stories you took on as truth. We find the version of you that was simply, fully herself — and we use her as the north star for everything that follows.
E — Engage
We get honest about what you actually want — not what you've settled for, not what looks reasonable from the outside. This is where you stop letting other people's answers stand in for your own.
M — Move
We look at the stories, identities, and habits that are costing you — and we begin to release them. This is where Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, breathwork, and honest inventory come in. The shift starts to become physical, not just intellectual.
A — Align
We get clear on your values and who you actually are right now — not who you used to be, and not who other people have needed you to be. Your life starts to reflect what's actually true.
K — Know
We slow down and listen. To you. This is the pause most people skip — the moment between releasing the old and stepping into the new. Everything that comes next depends on what you hear in this phase.
E — Embody
You claim and express the woman you're becoming — out loud, on purpose, with support. This is where the hiding ends, and the life begins

Ayurveda-informed lifestyle and habit guidance woven throughout
Access to our virtual Wednesday morning yoga class at 8am MT
Investment: $500/month · 6 month engagement
Single session: 1 or 2 hour assessment ($200 or $350) - if you upgrade to the 6 month coaching package I will apply the single session towards your investment.

What is the difference between a coach and therapy?
Both coaching and therapy offer powerful support for personal growth, but they serve different purposes and focus on different stages of your journey.
Therapy helps you to understand and heal your past. It often looks backward to bring awareness and healing, and emotional balance, so you can move forward.
Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on who you are becoming. A coach helps you clarify your vision, strengthen your mindset, and take aligned action toward your goals. Coaching is about moving forward—activating potential, deepening self-trust, and creating shifts in your present and your future.
