Kristin Taff speaks to women who are done thinking about change and ready to actually make it.

Her talks draw from her own story — leaving a 30-year marriage at 50, moving to New Mexico without a plan, and building a life and business from the ground up, and from her work coaching women through the six dimensions of the REMAKE Method. She doesn't deliver inspiration from a safe distance. She's lived it and brings her earned wisdom. Your audience will feel that immediately.

Kristin is currently speaking to local women's groups and wellness communities across New Mexico, and is available for keynotes, workshops, panels, and virtual engagements and interviews.

The Core Talk

The Courage to Stop Hiding

A talk for women who know something needs to change — and keep thinking about it instead of doing it.

The most common thing Kristin hears from women is this: "I know I need to make a change. I just can't seem to do it, or I don't know what to do next."

What she's learned — from her own life and from the women she coaches — is that the thinking isn't the problem. The hiding is. We stay small not because we lack information or strategy, but because something old and familiar keeps us there.

This talk walks women through the REMAKE Method — a six-stage framework for moving from hidden to fully expressed — and opens with a live, in-the-room version of the Self-Reflection Assessment so every woman in the audience leaves knowing exactly where she is and what her next step looks like.

Audiences leave with:

  • A personal snapshot of where they are across six dimensions of their lives: Confidence, Alignment, Boundaries, Purpose, Self-Trust, and Voice

  • A clear understanding of what the REMAKE Method is and how it works

  • One concrete next step they can take before the week is out

  • The knowledge that they are not behind, broken, or too late

Best for: Women's groups, wellness communities, networking organizations, corporate women's initiatives, retreats, and faith communities

“Kristin truly has a way with her words and cadence. I enjoyed the metaphorical journey she took our group on and the style in which she told the story, while also incorporating the theme of our workshop.”
