In 2014, a new journey began when I decided to make a career change; however, I would never have imagined how it would unfold. I worked as an entrepreneur in women's fashion for over 11 years. During the last few years, I began to notice a rise in autoimmune diseases and divorces amongst my peers. It was then that my interest shifted towards health and mindfulness. After officially stepping away, I took some time to explore many self-healing books and holistic health coaching. 

After enrolling in my first course, I realized I was going through my own coaching process and confronting my realities. I began to question whether my marriage was solid, whether my finances were healthy, and whether I was happy. I had to be honest with those questions, if I ever thought I would make this a new career path. God was knocking on my door, no doubt.

After six months, things started to unravel, and many changes began to take place—the biggest being a divorce after a 30-year marriage. I realized I was still stuck in a self-doubt mindset from childhood. With lots to unpack, I began with small steps, as my coach advised. I learned new skill sets, such as public speaking, that prepared me to share my story with confidence and clarity. I developed healthy habits like rising early to meditate. 

Today, I instill trust, faith, and well-being as my guiding values. Coaching had such a profound impact on my life that I opened my own company, Women on the Remake, in 2021. Together, we focus on the foundations of the R.E.M.A.K.E. that I designed to support my clients' journeys: receptivity, energy, momentum, alignment, knowledge, and evolution — a return to the flow of our lives.

I’m amazed and grateful for the opportunity to witness the growth and change in so many of the women I’ve worked with. My vision with Women on the Remake is to build an amazing community — both local and virtual — where we come together to connect, renew, and raise the vibration within ourselves and the world.
