I know the cost of hiding.

I spent 30 years building a life around a shame I carried since the 10th grade — the year I failed, changed schools, and quietly decided I wasn't smart enough to want more.
I went on to build a career, marry my high school sweetheart, raise a family, and look every bit the part of someone who had it together. But on the inside, I felt unexpressed. Underutilized. Like the life I was actually meant to live was waiting just outside the walls I'd built around myself.
In 2018, something shifted. A voice told me it was time to stop hiding — and that my work in this world was to teach women to connect with their inner courage. Not the abstract, motivational-poster kind. The real kind. The kind that happens when the cost of staying inside those walls exceeds the fear of being seen.
I left my marriage at 50. I rebuilt from nothing. I moved to New Mexico with no plan — just a wild, quiet certainty that the life I was meant to live required open space and new ground.
And then I collected what I know and what I learned and started helping other women do the same.

The credentials and lived experiences

I'm a certified Holistic Health Coach trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a certified Yoga Instructor, and a graduate of the Cate Stillman Ayurvedic Body Thrive Coaching Program, and Certified in the foundations of Women-Centered Coaching. I've spent years studying breathwork and meditation — not as retreats from real life, but as tools for navigating it.

But what I bring to this work that no certification can teach is this: I know what it's like to spend decades hiding from your own potential. I know what the turning point feels like, sounds like, and costs. And I know what becomes possible when you finally stop.
That's what I help women find.

WHAT I BRING

Where I meet you

I meet women where they are — not where I wish they were. I normalize the messy, complicated reality of being in transition at this stage of life. I help you see what you cannot yet see in yourself.
My coaching blends the practical and the holistic: values clarification, Ayurvedic lifestyle habits, breathwork, movement, and honest conversation. We work through the six stages of the REMAKE Method together — at your pace, with your specific life as the map.
This isn't a program with a predetermined outcome. It's a guided process toward the version of YOU that's been waiting for you to catch up.

A little bit more about me.

I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico — a place I moved to with no connections and no plan, and that has given me more than I imagined. I teach a small online yoga community, spend time outdoors, and am deeply involved in my local community and church.
I'm building Women on the Remake as both a coaching practice and a writing community — a place where women can feel less alone in the process of becoming. I believe the stories we've been hiding are the very ones that hold the key to our greatest strength.
If any part of this resonates, I'd love to talk.
