Hi, I’m Kristin
I’m a Life Coach and Yoga Teacher living in northern New Mexico. If I can convince you one thing it is the changes after 50 do not need to be daunting. With the right mindset and devotion to your well-being, you will rise to the woman you yearn to be!
Each of us is unique in our strengths and gifts, but we are all the same when it comes to having the basic tools within us like breathwork, and meditation to help with deep self-awareness.
My own journey of remaking my life could not have been possible without the clarity that holistic self-care tools provided.
